Skilled Interior Painter
We are a Utah County remodeling and interior finishing company specializing in high-quality residential painting and light renovation work inside occupied homes. Our projects are relationship-based, often repeat clients and referrals, where trust, professionalism, and consistency matter as much as craftsmanship.
We are currently looking for a skilled interior painter who takes pride in doing careful, clean work and values being part of a dependable, respectful team.
This is a great fit for someone seeking stable, flexible, part-time work with long-term consistency and growth potential.
Work you’ll be doing:
- Interior painting (walls, ceilings, trim, doors)
- Careful surface preparation: masking, taping, sanding, patching, caulking
- Clean, precise cutting and finish application
- Working in occupied homes with professionalism and respect
- Keeping job sites clean, organized, and minimally disruptive
- Final touch-ups and detail-oriented finish work
What this role looks like day-to-day:
- Quiet, focused work in people’s homes
- Clear expectations and structured jobs
- Team-oriented but often independent work
- Pride in leaving a space better than you found it
- Consistent communication and reliability
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has painting or skilled construction experience (preferred but not required if highly teachable)
- Is dependable, punctual, and follows through on commitments
- Works with care, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship
- Is comfortable in structured, respectful, client-facing environments
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Is looking for steady, ongoing work rather than short-term or occasional jobs
This is a strong fit for:
- Returned missionaries transitioning into school or work
- Students who can work around school schedules in a dependable way
- Individuals seeking stable, meaningful part-time income
- Tradespeople building long-term careers in construction or remodeling
- People who value structured work, accountability, and growth
This is NOT a good fit for:
- Short-term or “cash-only” mindset work
- Irregular or unpredictable availability
- Lack of follow-through or inconsistent attendance
- Preference for informal, unstructured work environments
- Inability to work respectfully in occupied homes
Compensation:
- Based on skill, reliability, and consistency
- Part-time to start with opportunity for steady recurring hours
- Pay increases available for proven quality and dependability
- Potential to grow into lead painter or trusted long-term role
What we offer:
- Consistent, repeat project work
- Respectful, clean, and organized job sites
- Professional residential environments
- Clear expectations and structured work flow
- Opportunity for long-term stability and increased responsibility
How to apply:
Please include:
- Brief background and any painting or construction experience
- Your general availability
- A short note on what you’re looking for in steady work
- Any relevant training, schooling, or service experience
We prioritize applicants who are looking for consistent, respectful, long-term work environments where quality and reliability matter.
