Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Bravo Home Services, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to providing high-quality home services and customer satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and service adjustments may be granted.


2. Estimates and Pricing

  • All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change upon inspection or discovery of additional work required.
  • Final pricing will be confirmed before work is completed whenever possible.

3. Cancellations

a. Customer-Initiated Cancellations
  • Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at no charge if done at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service time.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
b. Company-Initiated Cancellations
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety concerns, equipment issues).
  • In such cases, you will not be charged, and we will work with you to reschedule promptly.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Service Not Performed: If payment was made but the service was not completed due to Company fault, you may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Unsatisfactory Service: If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you must notify us within 7 days of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue before issuing any refund.
  • Billing Errors: If you were incorrectly charged, we will promptly investigate and issue a correction or refund if appropriate.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following cases:

  • Services that have been fully completed as agreed
  • Issues resulting from conditions outside our control (e.g., pre-existing damage, structural issues, or customer-provided materials)
  • Failure to provide access to the service location at the scheduled time
  • Change of mind after service completion

6. Service Guarantee / Rework Policy

  • We stand behind our work and may offer a re-service or correction if an issue is reported within a reasonable timeframe.
  • The Company reserves the right to determine whether a refund or re-service is appropriate based on the situation.

7. Deposits

  • Certain services may require a deposit prior to scheduling.
  • Deposits may be refundable if cancellation occurs within the allowed cancellation window.
  • Deposits may be partially or fully non-refundable if cancellation occurs late or after materials/labor have been committed.

8. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment whenever possible.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to be processed, depending on your financial institution.
