Skilled Drywall Installer
We are a Utah County home improvement company providing residential services including interior painting, remodeling, drywall repair and installation, handyman services, landscaping, and general property improvements. Our projects are relationship-based, often repeat clients and referrals, where trust, professionalism, and consistency matter as much as craftsmanship.
We are currently looking for a skilled drywall installer who takes pride in producing clean, smooth, paint-ready finishes and values being part of a dependable, respectful team.
This is a great fit for someone seeking stable, flexible, part-time work with long-term consistency and growth potential.

- Final touch-ups and finish quality corrections before paint
What this role looks like day-to-day:
- Focused, detail-oriented work in residential homes
- Clear scopes and structured assignments
- Often independent work once the job is set up
- High emphasis on finish quality and surface smoothness
- Working in occupied homes with professionalism and care
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has drywall or finish carpentry experience (preferred but not required if highly skilled and teachable)
- Understands smooth, paint-ready finish standards
- Is dependable, punctual, and follows through on commitments
- Works with strong attention to detail and pride in finish quality
- Is comfortable working in occupied residential environments
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Is looking for steady, ongoing work
This is a strong fit for:
- Returned missionaries transitioning into school or work
- Students who can work around school schedules in a dependable way
- Individuals seeking stable, meaningful part-time income

- People who value structured work, accountability, and growth
This is NOT a good fit for:
- Short-term or “cash-only” mindset work
- Irregular or unpredictable availability
- Lack of follow-through or inconsistent attendance
- Preference for informal, unstructured work environments
- Inability to work respectfully in occupied homes
Compensation:
- Based on skill, reliability, and consistency
- Part-time to start with opportunity for steady recurring hours
- Pay increases available for proven quality and dependability
- Potential to grow into lead drywall or finish specialist role
What we offer:
- Consistent, repeat residential project work
- Respectful, clean, and organized job sites
- Professional residential environments
- Clear expectations and structured workflow
- Opportunity for long-term stability and increased responsibility
How to apply:
Please include:
- Brief background and any painting or construction experience
- Your general availability
- A short note on what you’re looking for in steady work
- Any relevant training, schooling, or service experience
We prioritize applicants who are looking for consistent, respectful, long-term work environments where quality and reliability matter.
